More than 72 hours' notice: No cancellation fee applies.

Within 72 hours of your appointment, A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged.

Within 24 hours of your appointment or No-Show: 100% of the booked service will be charged.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full service fee may still apply.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge when at least 72 hours' notice is provided. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours are subject to the cancellation fees above.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Any waiver of cancellation fees is at our discretion.
